34 Weeks 1 Day Video

I thought I would share this cute little video of
our little guy. This is probably going to be the last
4D video we will get. Just because he started to
move down the birth canal and it gets harder to
see his face. I'm glad our doctor got some cute
photo's of our little sport before he comes. :0)

OB appointment 36 Weeks and 1 Day

We ended up going to the doctor and he
checked my cervix today. I was happy that
he did, because I was in so much pain on Wednesday
at the wedding reception. Come to find out I was
dilating. Who would have thought it was going to
hurt so much. Our doctor said I'm dilated to a 2 now.
I'm 75% Thinned. Only 25% more to go. Our
doctor thinks the baby might come a week
or a week in a half early. Just as long as
the baby doesn't come until after all the baby
showers. Ha Ha Ha!

Our little man is now 6 Pounds 12 oz.
I can't believe 2 weeks have gone by and
he has gained 1 pound and 12 oz. HOLY COW!
He thinks the baby might be 7 1/2 pounds or 7 3/4
pounds when he is born. He will be one BIG baby!
I guess we will soon find
out. I was hoping that he was going to be a small
baby lol! Kenton wants the baby to be born on
April 16th. Just because his birthday is 10/10
which= 20 Mine is 2/18 which= 20. So if the
baby was born 4/16 it will = 20. lol! Silly
Kenton. He loves his numbers.

I look forward to another week to see our
doctor again. I can't wait to meet my little
sport. Looks like he might be coming a little
earlier then expected. :0)

Stefanies's Wedding dinner and Wedding 36 Weeks Prego!

March 22nd 2011
My Step sister Stefanie is getting married! It was so fun
to be involved in their wedding this week. Even though I'm
starting to look like a big balloon. It was enjoyable!
Stef and Brenton have been dating for 2 years or 3 years now.
I was happy they finally decided to tie the knot. Kenton actually
hooked these two love birds up in the first place. He said they went
to a party. Kenton and Brenton were roommates at the time.
Kenton went to bed and before you know it they hooked up.
March 23rd 2011
The day of the wedding. Kenton took the first part of the
day off work to come and enjoy the wedding. I got all dolled up
in my dress. I was looking forward to having a fun wedding day!
My cute little nieces are just a joy to have around. The two little
girls on the end are wearing the dresses I had made for them for
my wedding. I can't believe it's been a year and they can still fit into
them. Super cute if you ask me. I Love my little nieces!
My Sister Alysa and her little family all ready for the wedding
Mckenzie, Mom, and Dan ready for the wedding to start.
(I just realized I didn't get a photo of Aubrey's little family) :0(
Sorry Aubs!
Stef and her daddy walking down the isle.
Look how beautiful the bride is.
The beautiful Flowers! I love it!

I feel bad that I didn't get any pictures of the wedding
reception. I was getting super sick with Braxton hicks
Contractions right when the wedding reception started.
I was glad that I was able to help some in the kitchen
before the reception started. I cut 4 pineapples and then
that's when it all started to go down hill. I was about
to pass out a few times on the chair. The pain was so
bad I had to run home. I ended up crying myself to sleep.
I slept for a good hour. Woke up and was still in pain.
I couldn't stand for very long without it hurting.

Finally made myself something to eat. Kenton tried
to go back to the reception and record some. That way
I could still enjoy some good memories. Yet, He didn't
make it on time. He got there when they were having
their first dance. Kenton came
home from the reception and then went to go play
Basketball. I couldn't believe that he left his wife
that was in pain. Oh well! I'm sure he had fun.
Plus he got his exercise.

March 24th 2011
I am glad to announce that I'm feeling better today.
I got plenty of sleep and some. I felt like I waisted the
day away getting rest. I didn't get up much due
to pains still coming every so often. I hate that my hips
hurt as bad as they do. I'm now officially 36 Weeks
Prego today. Crazy to think that we now have only 4 more
weeks to go. If the baby comes on time. If he comes early
then we might have a little one here before we know it.
I guess I better get started on finishing up his room.
That would be a great idea.

Congratulations to Stef and Brenton on their beautiful
Wedding day. I wish you guys a life full of happiness and
LOVE!

35 Weeks and 2 Days Pregnant!

On Friday Dad and Ann came over and had dinner with us, after
they went and saw Aubrey talk at the stake center.
I was watching Aubrey's little girls and her baby girl wanted
to sit on grandpas lap. She wanted some olives. I thought it was
so cute, because she placed all of the olives on her fingers.
She is super cute while wearing those cute Pink sunglasses.
Her favorite color is pink. I love her! I'm so glad that she
keeps us entertained. :0)
35 Weeks and 2 Days Pregnant!
My lovely little baby bump pictures taken on
March 19th.

This week I went and saw my cousin Joyce for her baby
shower, she is just a five days behind me on my pregnancy.
We are about the same size. I loved seeing her and her
cute little baby belly this week. I have a picture
of us, but I didn't want to post it. Just because we are
showing our bare belly's. I feel like that is more of a private
picture is you ask me. :0) Ha Ha! You can't see the picture.
My first Baby shower on March 19th 2011. Kenton's mom
and sisters tossed me a baby shower. It was so much fun!
This Diaper Cake my mother in law made me. It is super cute!
For one of the games my family decided to guess
the measurements around my belly. They
all took some sting and guessed to see how big it was.
Majority of them were way too long. hee hee hee! Only
one aunt had her string smaller then what it was.
I felt happy that she thought I was so skinny. lol!
It was so much fun. My aunt Julia won. :0)
My mommy got our little sport this cute little suit.
Isn't it ADORABLE??? I LOVE it! I guess mom was
talking to Aubrey about how I was going to be
making ties for my baby.
I was wondering why she was brought it up
and ended the conversation about it. lol!
It's because she bought our little one a suit and
she couldn't tell me. I love you mom! I LOVE this little suit.
My Grandma Buchanan made me this cute little baby blanket.
She used the rest of the material from my wedding
blanket. It's Super CUTE! Grandma was a worried because
she said it probable wasn't good for a baby boy. She thought
it looked a little girly. I think it will work well for all
my kids. This was a perfect gift. :0)
I love this baby blessing blanket. :0)
Our little boy was spoiled with clothing,
Blankets, bottles and more.
Kenton came at the end of the baby shower. I love
this man! He is so good to me.
Kenton wanted a silly picture. He had us look at the
telephone while this picture was taken. He is so funny!
I had to post this pictures to have everyone
enjoy the humor. :0)

Thanks to everyone who came to my baby shower.
I had such a great time with all of you. I love
your sweet wishes for our little one.
There is nothing better then having family near by.
We are truly blessed to have so many people in our lives
who care about our little boy. :0)

Pregnancy photo shoot at Union Station

This was a good day. Kenton had his best friend
take some nice pictures of us. This way we were
able to get some fun pregnancy shots, before I blow up.
lol! jk! It's so weird to think we will have a baby here
in probably a month!!! CRAZY!

I ended up editing these photos, so hopefully they don't
look to bad. I hope you enjoy them. Oh Kenton picked out
my shirt that I'm wearing. Only down fall... I didn't
have anything else to match it with except for this
outfit... lol! I do apologize if I look a little out of it.
I forgot my allergy medication. oh well~ It's life

34 Weeks and 1 Day Pregnant

What a busy week. I've been trying to get invitations
ready for the baby shower. I feel like it's getting somewhere.
I finished editing them with JJ. I must say they look pretty cute!
If you get one I'm sure you'll love them just as much as I did.
They were definitely worth the time spent on them.

I have noticed that "nesting" has totally been kicking in. I went
and deep cleaned all my carpets. I never thought that when they
said you'd hit a nesting stage, that I would go to that extreme.
Our carpets are only a 2 years old. You would think I wouldn't
care all that much about them. Also I have been deep cleaning my
house in other areas. I even cleaned the dog cage as well as the dog.

I've noticed that feeling "Prepared" is of importance.
Kenton has been helping me in that area. I think I might pick
up a changing table soon. I'm sure that might help some more.

I have been working on my crib bedding for the baby. I have
finally finished the bed sheets. It took me a lot longer to finish
just because I miss placed the instructions. I had no idea where
I put them. All I knew was they were somewhere in the house.
Talk about a pregnant women's mind. I'm loosing my marbles. lol!
I must say the bed sheets do look pretty amazing.
I almost want to make one more for a backup, just in case
one becomes very messy and it needs cleaned. I have loved
sewing for this little one.
Look at our sweet little one. Isn't he a stud? I'm so excited
that we have such a great OB again. Since our other doctor
Retired. We were seeing his replacement. I couldn't stand
him as much as I mentioned before. I had one huge anxiety
attack and Kenton and I agreed that we should change
doctors and I'm SO GLAD we did it! Not to mention this
new doctor is super nice and super friendly. It's always
good to have a knowledgeable doctor that takes the fear out
of labor and delivery off your shoulders. Knowing that my
life is in a good doctors hands. :0)
During our OB appointment. Our doctor looked at the monitor
then looked at Kenton, looked at the monitor again and looked
at Kenton and said "He looks like his daddy!". I was like really? You
can tell by looking at the baby already? I was just excited
to see his face. I know that put a huge smile on Kenton's face.
I have also been excited because we finally picked out a middle name
for our little guy, but I'm not going to disclose it until he is
born. I don't know why I didn't think of it before. Makes me
feel all happy inside, whenever I say the name all together.
You'll like it, just wait and see. :0) Love you all! Take care.

33 Weeks and 3 Days!

Wow does time fly by when you're having fun!
Just to update all of you what's been going on this week.
I have made a decision to change OBs this week. Call me crazy!
I woke up on Saturday 26th of Feb. with a big Anxiety attack.
I haven't felt very comfortable with this doctor since day one.
I felt like the second time would be better. It wasn't. I cried and
cried. He was very friendly and super smart. Just not for me.
I don't know why but he reminded me of Robin Williams when he
played an OB on that movie Nine Months. Not saying he was that
bad, but for some reason when him acting a little jittery around the
new equipment, made me miss our first OB very much.
I wish he didn't retire. I was happy to have changed our OB
on the 28th of Feb. to Dr. Beier.
If you can tell in these pictures I have my hair
done. Kenton let me go get it cut and highlighted on the
3rd of March. My color was dead and my ends were
VERY dead! It was getting so bad that once I went to
see the hair stylist she mentioned that we would have to
take an inch in a half. OY! I didn't want to hear that. I LOVE
my length of my hair before, but to get it at a health state, we
stuck with cutting it off. The lady I went to is the same hair
stylist that my mom uses. She is super nice. I loved getting to know
her. Plus her mom was over getting her hair done and her mom
was just as nice. I will for sure use her again. She was cheep,
considering what I usually would spend on my hair when and if
I ever had it done.

Things in my 33 Week of pregnancy. You gotta love the bloating.
Gas, fatigue, emotions, tiredness, insomnia. I haven't
been able to work on my sewing because of feeling
uncomfortable or those crazy Braxton hicks. Someone
should make a pill to help those. lol! Our little sport
has been getting some chunky thighs. I know that for a fact.
It's so fun to watch him move. I'm glad most of his movements
moved to 9pm instead of his late midnight karate nights. lol!
I'm so glad that I have an amazing Hubby that supports my crazy
apatite. BBQ chicken, deviled eggs, potato boats,
corn on the cob (with basel butter), peanut butter,
bagels with strawberry cream cheese, fruity pebbles cereal,
Strawberries and raspberries. Just to name a few.
Boy do have a appatite and it never wants to end.
Can someone please pass the movie theater popcorn. lol!

Talking about Movie theater popcorn. My hubby finally
talked me into going to see Tron Legacy. Ok! I had a hard
time trying to figure out what everything was. When I finally
started to understand the movie. It had one stupid ending.
If you've seen it... Why in the world does the father die???
It was so dramatic. I think in guy movies the best thing
is HOT girls and something to blow up. So dramatic!
It doesn't help when the girls look so stinking skinny,
and I have to keep telling myself "I'm pregnant".
So weird to be in this position. Weird when your normal
everyday clothing doesn't fit you anymore. Very weird
when your belly moves when your so caught up with
something you forget your pregnant till the baby moves.
It's a neat experience.
