Meeting the WHoLE FaMilY

I'm not going to lie. I was super nervious. When I heard that
Kenton wanted me to go to his moms side BBQ.
Then it was his grandpas birthday. So all of his dads
side of the family was going to be there.
I felt so bad because I could hardly remember
any names.

His grandma I met before at the dinner that we had
at his place. She made me Gluten Free sandwich bread.
It was so sweet of her to do that. I enjoyed there
company.

At the BBQ in Morgan UT. They had Hamburgers,
hot dogs, some kind of Mac and Cheese,
potato chips of different kinds.
His family was laughing because I looked like
I was on some kind of diet.
I had no bread and lots of veggies.
Kenton had 2 hamburgers and a hot dog with
no veggies. His sister in law just laughed and said,
yep they are sure dating you can tell. I didn't
know what that had anything to do with what we
were eating. lol!

Grandma soon had the kids have ice cream
Pistachio style. I brought my ice cream maker.
So I didn't feel left out, or was tempted to eat the ice cream.
I made soy strawberry ice cream. It was very yummy!

His family filled with questions about Celiac Disease.
I was happy to answer questions. Yet, I was sure the
shiny new toy for all to come and see.

On a side note! I thought it was so silly when Kentons
family was telling him that they always liked the girls
he brought over and that he shouldn't ruin this one.
I don't quite understand that one... He's only had one girl
friend that his family didn't really like.
Then come to find that I probably have had more
relationships then him. So my family should be saying
that kind of stuff to me. lol! Sounds about right.

Confessions of a First Kiss!!!
I have to say that it's been awhile since I have felt
Butterflies. the greatest thing in life is to love and to be
loved in return. Something that I wasn't expecting to happen on
this day. I had gone to the gym and was getting stress out of me.
I ended up getting a text and Kenton was reminding me that we
had a dinner party with his best friend Brady that is married
to Bonnie. We were going to be making
Pork Loin Garlic Herb Roast.
I was super excited about it, yet I was frustrated that I was going
to Not be able to finish my gym time.

I ended up going to Kentons and found him playing games
with one of this friends. I was a little frustrated seeing that
I took my time out of the gym to come start dinner early,
and he was able to play. I don't know why it bugged
me so much. Probably bcause I drove all the way to
Roy to do gym time, To go to his house early.
Then going back to Layton, just to go back to his house
to finish dinner. BLAH! What a bad way to start the day.

Well I ended up driving home in tears. Feeling bad that I was
getting frustrated with Kenton over something so dumb.
Yet he ended up calling me a half hour later.
I apologized to him, I felt dumb.
He told me that he was getting ready for the day, then
was going to be over at my house. I told him it was ok.
I had majority of the food ready to be put in the oven.

He came over. I finished what I could do at moms.
Then we went to his house and finished some more cooking.
It was then an hour to having his friend come over and
I hurried and tossed myself together, in Kentons
big spacious bathroom.

I was starting to feel a little better seeing that everything
was going to be on time. I was almost ready when Kenton
was asking me how much longer I was going to be taking
getting ready. He thought that when I said I will
be a minute, was really going to be just a minute.
I wasn't going to be taking much longer on getting
ready.

He soon wrapped his arms around me. I was looking
in the Mirror admiring how cute we are together.
then he soon kissed me on the cheek like he always does.
I thought it was super cute.
I turned my head to look at him. He then kissed my lips.
I never saw that one coming. Well not this day.

His friends soon came over and we had a really great dinner.
Honey Thank You So MUCH for buying the food
for the dinner, and going to the store to get the
last minute items for dinner. It truly was a great day.
I also Made dinner taste so wonderful!!!

Kenton is the greatest!!

Just for Fun at Barns Park

So McKenzie got this crazy idea to get all dressed up and
go to the park to get our pictures done. We took the pictures for
a little while. The lighting was really bad and was
straight in our faces. It was really hard to get a good shot.
With out so much lighting. So now we are going to have to
clean up a lot of photos. JJ and I switched off taking turns with
the camera, so on the bottom of the picture I will tell you who took what.

This was a lot of fun today. Thank you McKenzie for coming up
with such a great idea for today. I'm sure it will help JJ's
portfolio and hopefully we can do this again.
OH! I really loved my Hair, Thanks for making it pretty today.

Buchanan reunion

Ha Ha FiFi came to our reunion. It was so much fun,
because she got her parachute and had the adults grab
the ropes on the ends. then she had one of the kids
go into the middle and hold on and then the would either
do a "rock a by" or would do a horse ride. which was
were they would toss them up and they were grabbing the middle.
It Looked like fun. Yet scary at the same time.

Dan, Mom, and Adam help in this activity.

My niece didn't like it that much. Yet she seemed to like it
after she got off and she would say "High, low, high, low"

Kenton sure had fun with my niece. They made hills made out of grass,
and then they would blow them off the blanket. It was kind
of fun to see how much She was getting a kick out of it.
I felt like my attention was half there, because I had a talk on Sunday.
It was still fun to play with some of the extra time I had

Grandma hates getting her picture done. She was super cute though

I know that my Grandpa had a fun time seeing a lot of his
family. I know that it is great to see everyone. I missed the last one,
and they only do the reunion every two years. Which makes me sad.
I wish they were more often. I know that every time we
have one of these. We are all older and have grown up so much.

the sun looked really nice peaking though the clouds. I love the view
coming out from driving out of the canyons.
During the reunion. I was super tired.
My baby niece was sleeping on the floor in the corner.
I ended up going over by her and took a nap. I ended up waking up to her
kicking my stomach. I don't know how a little 7 month can
turn around and kick to hard. I know that she didn't do it on
purpose.

I felt really bad that I wasn't giving a whole lot of attention to Kenton.
He played with the water balloons with the kids, while I took a nap.
Then came inside and played cards with some of the family.
I know that he was doing so much more in activities then how I was.

Kenton pulled over so I could get a better shot of the view.
I wish I knew were my nicer camera was. It would of been a better shot.

I have my talk partly done. I wanted to go home so I could prepare it
before Sunday came. It was nice to get hom eand in somen
comfy clothings. I know that they feed us way too much food.
It was fun to be at the Buchanan reunion

LAGOON!!

Hey Everyone, It's been such a great day. We went to Lagoon
with the stake. I was so grateful that Kenton was able to come.
I know that I wasn't feeling all that well, yet I still had such a
great time.

It was really fun riding the sky ride to the other side of the
park. I always feel like I'm flying. It's actually kind of fun
to see what everyone is up to, when you are way up in
the air. I sometimes stop, and for some reason I'm some
where else for a second.

Kenton for some reason makes me feel alive.
He knows exactly how to get my attention, and make me
laugh. He is super sweet and makes me giggle all the time.

Doesn't he look like he is a real serious Indian, with that horse?
lol jk! He's too white to be Indian. Oh well it made me smile, he's silly!

I road the kitty cat, just so that I could be near my niece.
It's fun being close to her. She took forever to pick her horse.
I thought it was fun just to keep her happy, and get her
excited about riding the horse. As she would say "Up and down".

My cute niece was riding the boats. I remember when I road
those. She was super cute and she would ring the bell, and
look super cute with her sunglasses.

We were waiting for McKenzie to come with her friend Tori.
i was super hungry and couldn't wait till everyone was there.
Mom gave us some money. we went to go get rice bowls. Yummy!!!

At the very end of our day at lagoon. We were both
getting really sore feet. Kind of funny that we both
decided to end the day when we did. I really had a long day.
Kenton got me to ride a lot of roller coasters. I think he got a kick
out of watching me freak out for a second. Then just laugh.
I am not a young pup, like I used to be. I used to love all the fast
rides. I really think that I just need to keep super busy.
Maybe by the next time we go, I will be ready and super excited.
I will work on that. So I can keep up with everyone.

I ended up making soy Ice cream. Which was alright.
Kenton didn't really like the taste He said that it was way to rich.
I added splenda and strawberry powder.
I will remember next time to not add the splenda.
Then it will be perfect.

We were driving to our date with our new hair cuts and my new color. What do you think?



Kenton and I ended up getting our hair done by his cute sister. It was so much fun! She is sure a sweetie. It was good because she is going to school and needed lots of people to do hair so she could get more hours for school. I'm sure we helped a lot.

Talk on Sunday! Yay!!!

I'm super excited everyone. Over the weekend I was givin a call by Devin to ask if I wanted to talk on Sunday the 12th. I was super excited and answered YES! I am so happy that i was given a talk. I love talking on Sundays. I felt like the topic that I was given was truly needed. Because a lot of events came up that I just didn't know how to handle any more. I'm truly blessed and grateful to be given this opportunity to talk on Sunday.

It crazy! Just when you're life is going in order with the Lord. You are all of a sudden given great tools to use them in your life. It's a very weird thing to me. Yet I do feel like when I am doing things that I shouldn't be doing, that's when life tends to fall apart and you start to become lost.

I'm truly grateful to be living in my ward and for all the great and wonderful examples that I have around me to look up to. I feel like my life is finally taking off again. I can't wait for Sunday now. Know that you are all invited if you want to come to my ward July 12 2009 it starts at 1pm. So there isn't really a good reason for you to miss it. Let me know if you need driving directions to my church. I'm not going to tell you what my talk is on. You'll all have to wait and come to see what my talk is on.

I love the Lord and all that he has done for me in my life. Remember everyone... anything is possible, if you keep living the gospel and living by his teaching. Choosing the right and following the commandments. :) Love you guys

Hey everyone, Happy Independence day. I'm so exciting today, because it is a holiday. Not just any holiday but a day to celebrate our freedom and remember what we had to do, to get this freedom that we have. Think of it, you can do whatever you want. (only if you do good things. Come on we still have some rules to keep us safe). You can become what ever you want. All you have to do is put your time and effort into it. I think there are a lot of people that don't really understand this freedom that we get. I hear so many stories about other countries and tell myself how grateful that I am to be living in the USA. I'm truly happy to be living in the land of the free.

I think it is really cool that I was able to spend time with family and friends. We had a clown come her name is FiFi. < It is so weird to see her again. She came to my birthday party when I was five years old. I was surprised that she was still in business. It was really fun for the kids to see magic tricks. She still has the same ones and is really good at what she does. It was fun! I think there was so much food there. I was super full by the end of the night. We even had Homemade ice cream < that I shouldn't of touched. lol! It was worth the allergies later.

Kenton and I hung out a lot today. Which was kind of fun. After I ate we went to his place because we could see 3 different firework shows going off at the same time. Clearfield, Layton, and Kaysville fireworks. It was a lot of fun, besides me getting sick. All is well now!
